If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order delivery date.

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
• All returns will be issued as in-store credit (via digital gift card) for future purchases.
• NO ORDER MAY BE CANCELED AFTER PURCHASING.
• Refunds to original payment methods are not available.
• Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags must be attached, and the item must be free of stains or damage.
• Accessories, mugs, and final sale or holiday items are non-returnable.

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
